AECC was founded in 1989 by Herb Seeger, a veteran of the relocation industry. Seeger saw a growing need for a service-oriented company that would exclusively focus on, and provide exemplary financial services for, corporate relocations. To meet this need, Seeger and a select group of private investors founded American Escrow & Closing Company (AECC).
Under their vision, AECC has become a leading provider of cost-containment and cost-reduction services to the corporate relocation industry. AECC is a privately held corporation that remains independent, financially stable, and debt-free. Working alongside selected service partners AECC helps companies reduce the direct and hidden costs – and the personal and organizational stress - associated with corporate employee relocations.
