AECC’s leadership team and professional staff are hands-on.  This means that our management and staff can respond to client needs quickly and effectively.

AECC’s leadership has always stressed the importance of meeting the needs of our partners. Our team delegates authority as necessary and appropriate to remain flexible to the changing situations so common in corporate relocations. This ‘hands on’ approach also means that, regardless of the size of the problem, your AECC contact will resolve it smoothly and efficiently.

And, unlike many other companies, AECC will never offer you a “one-size-fits-all” solution that may not be right for you. We happily customize services and procedures to meet the needs of our service partners and clients.

This kind of flexibility is possible because AECC is led by a vested management team which understands the importance of retaining experienced and valuable employees. As a result, many of our team members have been with the company for a decade or more, providing a deep knowledge base and a high degree of consistency.  

Our staff is comprised of accredited professionals, which includes licensed real-estate professionals, as well as a CPA and Worldwide ERC® CRP and GMS certified staff members. Furthermore, our staff has an average of 20 years of relocation industry experience.

Working from our core strength of a professional, highly-trained, and highly experienced staff has helped AECC define our specialized niche within the relocation industry. Along with AECC’s technology systems (designed and dedicated specifically to meet the financial needs of the relocation process), our experience, expertise, and staff are the reason AECC is the leader in providing smart, specialized solutions to our relocation industry partners.

AECC is led by:

Robert J. Cepek, CRP: CEO

Mr. Cepek has been with AECC since our inception. He came to AECC with 14 years of management experience with one of the largest full service relocation companies in the industry. 

Mr. Cepek holds a BA in Finance/Risk Man­agement, and a MS in Finance/Real Estate from the University of Illinois. He also holds an Illinois Broker's License, and has achieved the CRP designation from Worldwide ERC® . He is experienced in all aspects of the home purchase and home finding pro­cesses, client relations, methods improvement analysis and property management.

Roy H. Seeger, CRP, GMS: President

The son of the original founder, Mr. Seeger joined AECC in 1995, the year following AECC’s entry into expense tracking market. Originally a counselor, he subsequently served as both a Director and Vice President of Financial Services before his promotion to President in 2005.  Mr. Seeger holds both the CRP and GMS designations from Worldwide ERC® .  Mr. Seeger is is currently a member of the American Payroll Association, the Society for Human Resource Management, and Worldwide ERC®.

Mr. Seeger holds a B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
