Delivery of Service

AECC works closely with our partners to ensure that the partner’s goals and objectives are met. Our partners determine how they prefer to have AECC’s services delivered.

Our partners typically select their program based on their access to internal expertise, whether they wish to perform a portion of the  process, and their tolerance for accepting risk.

AECC’s experienced team is happy to help you decide on the delivery model that’s right for your company and your clients. Simply contact us by calling (847) 364-2500 x521, or email us here.

AECC offers our partners three basic delivery models, or we can help you create a hybrid delivery model that best meets your needs:

Independent Program:

In the Independent Program, AECC works directly with the partner’s client. The partner serves as the lead on the account, and AECC works with the partner to coordinate all aspects of the program.

AECC will typically communicate directly with clients and their transferees. Documents from AECC will display AECC’s logo and contact information. However, even though AECC is ‘visible’ to the client, AECC’s partner remains the overt source of expertise and leadership to the client, and the service partner will act as a resource to AECC for providing client and transferee solutions.

The Independent Program relieves the service partner of the burden of acquiring expertise or personnel trained in relocation expense management or resale closing services. At the same time, the service partner is able to offer their clients a more robust package of corporate relocation services.

Co-Branded Program:

In the Co-Branded Program, AECC relieves the service partner of some of the more time-consuming aspects of client involvement. Typically, AECC will communicate directly with the client’s payroll and accounting departments, while the service partner retains the communication lead with the clients and the transferees.

In the Co-Branded Program, the service contract is jointly with AECC, their Partner, and the Client. AECC documents will typically display both AECC’s and the service partner’s logo and branding.

The Co-Branded Program requires greater partner involvement than the Independent Program. However, our partners are still able to offer their clients more complete solutions for their relocation projects.

Private Label:

In the Private Label Program AECC operates solely as a back-office for the partner. AECC’s service contract is with the partner, and the partner serves as the ‘front line’ of contact for the client and transferee.

All transferee and client communication from AECC is channeled through the partner. For example, documents display the partner’s brand identity. AECC’s invoices and reports are sent to the partner, who then distributes them to the client. In turn, the partner is directly responsible for all payments to AECC.

The Private Label Program requires considerable partner involvement and the assumption of more risk for the partner. The partner is required to have significant expertise in the area of resale closing and relocation expense management and tax issues enabling them to directly respond to, and resolve client and transferee questions.
